Are all the slide decks you’re seeing full of bullet points that the speaker reads to you from a screen? You can do better than that!
In this webinar, participants will learn to use free templates and creative-commons images from the web to make eye-catching slide decks in Microsoft PowerPoint. Participants will follow along as we select a slide deck appropriate to the context of the presentation, choose photography that resonates with the audience, and put it together in a format that will complement (not overwhelm) an oral presentation.
Great slides are centered around a key visual theme that is carried throughout an entire presentation from the colors, shapes, and images to the animation and slide transitions. This webinar is for those with basic skills in PowerPoint slide creation who want to punch up the visual impact of their presentations through strategic choices.
Viewers will learn to select a theme and carry it throughout a presentation, organize ideas visually rather than with text, pare down to the essential information, and format a slide deck from start to finish.
